Questions about these homes

Are these real Knockety customers?

Yes. Every home here belongs to a creator who designed their own Knockety door, had it delivered and installed it. The photos and reels are their own.

Can I order the exact same door?

Yes. Each page lists the build and has a button that opens that door with the same options already selected. Where a finish has since been retired, the closest current finish is selected and the page says so.

Are sidelights and double doors included in the price?

No. Single doors are priced and ordered online. Sidelights, transoms and double-door units are quoted; use the quote link on that home's page.

How long does a door take?

Every door is made to order in Houston, Texas: about 4 weeks in production and 1 week in transit, with free delivery in the continental U.S.

Can I see the color before I order?

Yes. Order a finish sample to see the color in your own light, or preview any door on a photo of your own house.
