How the door preview works
Knockety's door preview tool shows a Knockety front door on a photo of your own house. Upload one photo of your entry, pick a finish, and tap any of our 43 wood and fiberglass front doors. In about a minute you get a realistic AI preview of that door, in that finish, in your doorway. Every further door or finish is one tap on the same photo. Single and double doors both work.
- Your photo. Stand on the walkway and shoot straight at the door, whole door in frame, in daylight.
- Pick a finish and tap a door. Stains, paints and the Fibercraft finishes are all available. Fiberglass-only finishes appear under the Fiberglass filter.
- Order a sample. The preview is illustrative. A real finish sample shows the colour in your own light before you order the door.

Door preview questions
- Is the preview exact?
- No. It is an illustrative AI preview. Finish colour, glass texture and fit vary. The finish sample is the truth.
- What happens to my photo?
- It is used only to build your previews, location data is stripped from it, and it is deleted after 30 days.
- Does it work with double doors?
- Yes. Upload a photo of the pair and the preview shows a matched pair.
- How long does a preview take?
- Usually 30 to 90 seconds per preview. You can keep browsing while it renders.
- Which doors can I preview?
- All 43 Knockety wood and fiberglass front doors that have a finish option, in any of their finishes. Quick-ship doors without a finish option are not included.
- Does it cost anything?
- No. The preview is free. Finish samples are sold separately.
