Production and Shipping Lead Times
Please be advised that custom-built doors are built specifically for you. Custom-built doors take about 5 weeks: 4 weeks to build in Houston, then about 1 week in delivery. Quick Ship doors, hardware and samples arrive in about 1 week. Free shipping is offered on all orders within the continental U.S. Doors ship by freight, curbside with a liftgate, and all lift-gate and residential charges are included; you move the door from the curb to your door. Hardware and samples ship by ground parcel carrier. Carriers vary by destination. Please do not arrange for an install until you have received all correct items from your order. Knockety.com will not be responsible for any contractor expenses and/or other fees incurred outside of your transaction with Knockety.com. If you require a shipping method other than standard ground or freight shipping, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt of your order to apply expedited shipping or expedited shipping options. Lead times are approximate and are not guaranteed, even expedited shipping is not guaranteed.
30 Day Return/Exchange Policy
It is the customers responsibility to inspect the door prior to installation and to notify Knockety.com with any issues within 30 days. Please notify us within 30 days of receipt of your order if you need to return or exchange your order. For all Door and Hardware Kit orders please fill out the contact form and we will send you a Return/Exchange form. Returns must be sent back in original packaging accompanied by your invoice and Return/Exchange form. There is no restocking fee. As the customer you are responsible for the return shipping and handling.

Sales Tax
All orders made within the state of Texas are required to include sales tax. If you are ordering from Texas, be aware your order will include a sales tax.
