Production and Shipping Lead Times
Please be advised that all hardware and doors are built specifically for you. Lead times vary depending on product customization. Allow for manufacturing to take no longer than 15 business days for front doors. All hardware will be shipped the next business day. Free Shipping is offered on all orders in the continental US. Doors are shipped via FedEx Freight or other carrier, all lift-gate and residential charges are included. Hardware are shipped via UPS or other carrier standard ground. Shipping may take an additional 2-7 business days depending on your location. Please do not arrange for an install until you have received all correct items from your order. Knockety.com will not be responsible for any contractor expenses and/or other fees incurred outside of your transaction with Knockety.com. If you require a shipping method other than FedEx Standard Ground or Freight shipping service, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt of your order to apply expedited shipping or expedited shipping options. Shipping lead times are approximate and are not guaranteed, even expedited shipping is not guaranteed.
30 Day Return/Exchange Policy
It is the customers responsibility to inspect the door prior to installation and to notify Knockety.com with any issues within 30 days. Please notify us within 30 days of receipt of your order if you need to return or exchange your order. For all Door and Hardware Kit orders please fill out the contact form and we will send you a Return/Exchange form. Returns must be sent back in original packaging accompanied by your invoice and Return/Exchange form. There is no restocking fee. As the customer you are responsible for the return shipping and handling.

Sales Tax
All orders made within the state of Texas are required to include sales tax. If you are ordering from Texas, be aware your order will include a sales tax.
